Staff names show how actions would be recorded in the dashboard; whether ServiceM8 records the same person against a message is still being checked. Essentials, Operations and Complete all show what ServiceM8 already holds. Bespoke adds what ServiceM8 cannot do, as options scoped once the earlier levels are proving useful.
