Everything already in ServiceM8, laid out so the whole floor is readable at a glance. Nothing changes in how you work.
Nobody forgot on purpose. The order was done, the shop was busy, and the text waited. This is the part that stops happening.
The Voice AI receptionist we showed you is a finished product in its own right, and it stands apart from these packages. It answers the phone, takes the whole brief and writes it up. Adopt it whenever suits, with or without any of the above.
This is a prototype built to start a conversation, not a finished system, and nothing here is connected to your live account yet. The stages, decoration codes, the counts and the wording of the ready message are taken from the real Embroidery In House account on 8 September 2026. Customer names, job numbers and figures on this page are made up, so it can be shared safely. Staff names show how actions would be recorded in the dashboard; whether ServiceM8 records the same person against a message is still being checked. Essentials, Operations and Complete all show what ServiceM8 already holds. Bespoke adds what ServiceM8 cannot do, as options scoped once the earlier levels are proving useful.
